How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. We use GoDaddy Payments for a secure checkout experience. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Reach out to us at support@sproutandhomes.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@sproutandhomes.com with your name and the items you ordered and we'll look it up for you.

What do the condition grades mean?

We grade every item before listing it. "New" means unworn or unused with tags. "Like New" means gently used with no visible wear. "Good" means normal signs of use but fully functional and clean. We never list anything we wouldn't be happy to receive ourselves.

Do the photos show the actual item?

Accepted Answer

Every listing has at least one real photo available of the exact item you'll receive, however, it may not be found on the listing. This helps cut back on extra clutter in the listing, especially if there are different options (color, size, etc.) of the product available. Some listings only include stock images from the brand or manufacturer to give you a better sense of fit, how it's worn or used, or to show all the parts and pieces. We always have an actual product image available, so if you'd like more photos of a specific item, just message us!

Are items cleaned before shipping?

Absolutely. All clothing and fabric items are washed in eco-friendly and clean detergent with no extra additives. Items are typically hung up to air dry, but if they do go in the dryer, no dryer sheets are used. Wool dryer balls are used instead to keep any extra fragrance or additives that may irritate the skin off the item. Toys and home goods are cleaned and checked for completeness. Any missing pieces or parts will be documented in the listing description. All items are checked before listing so you can be sure what is in the listing, is what you'll be getting.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the continental United States via USPS and UPS. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can use it directly on the USPS or UPS website to follow your package.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup in West Fargo, ND. After placing your order, we'll reach out with the exact address and coordinate a pickup time. Please pick up within 3 business days of your order.

How do I arrange a pickup?

Just place your order normally and note that you'd like local pickup. We'll email you with the address and available times. Easy as that!

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final — we don't accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Since a large amount of the inventory is secondhand and priced accordingly, we ask that you review the photos and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

What if I received the wrong item?

That's on us! If you received something different from what you ordered, email us at support@sproutandhomes.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

Can you hold an item for me?

We're not able to hold items — everything is first come, first served. If something sells out before you check out, we're sorry! New items are added regularly so keep checking back.

Sprout & Home is a small, eco-conscious, family operated resale shop dedicated to giving quality secondhand items a new life. We also believe a perfectly good item should never be discarded just because of damage to the box or packaging (rips, bent box, no box, etc.).
